Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were amazing and loved the decor and design, kept clean, but not made up properly with a mini-bar not restocked and lacking towels or robes. The cocktails were quite expensive.
The hotel rooms were modern and comfy, but a top-up of coffee and milk was missed after the first night. The location was great with friendly and helpful staff, and the dining experience had both great and disappointing aspects.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with a much nicer view of the mountains and river bend. The room was nicely decorated and had everything at my fingertips. It was extremely clean and comfortable with lots of added features, including speakers in the bathroom. The service was exceptional, with all the lovely staff members being so welcoming and accommodating. The location was fantastic, though a bit humid and steamy at times, and the dining experience, although yummy, had some issues. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
The hotel rooms were great, couldn't fault that, but the rest of the hotel felt disconnected, dark, and dismal, with the bar area only suitable for the evening. However, the bed was really comfortable. Valet parking at $58 per day on top of the room rate didn't quite work for us.
The hotel room was great with plenty of space for me, my wife, and our two boys aged 16 and 8. However, there was a loud whining noise from adjacent pipes early Sunday morning and the shower had issues. The highlight was the fantastic view of the river.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was lovely with a great view overlooking the river and had a very creative design, a very nice bathroom, views to the Brisbane river, a comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine, and incredible mirrors. The service provided by the three different receptionists was fabulous, friendly, and very down to earth, making my last few days in Australia truly memorable. The location gives you a lovely view of the Brisbane river, though it was not open until October, and there were some issues with fully hot water. The dining experience was expensive and very underwhelming throughout the week, lacking fresh fruits, but they did have fresh sushi. The facilities were up to par, providing everything I needed during my stay.
